Flour in a Capsule: Two things come to mind. A person who ingested one of these flour capsules and was gluten intolerant could very well have a serious reaction. The second scenario would be very rare. Most capsules are made from gelatin which is a animal byproduct. Some people do have a gelatin allergy which can be severe, but this is very rare. These are the only two risks that come to mind.
