Eyebrow dermatitis: Can be treated with a topical steroidal cream. You can try over the counter Hydrocortisone cream. Just be careful not to get any ointment in your eyes. If this doesn't help, then see your dermatologist or ophthalmologist so they can suggest other treatments.
