Sinus rinse: Neti pot which is a sinus rinse is very helpful especially for those " deep seeded" infections such as that in the sphenoid sinus. Always use distilled water in these products and never use tap water. If it is getting worse or not improving in a few days you should see your primary care physician who may refer you to an ENT specialist.
