What to do if i'm trying to figure out if it's possible to ovulate with a light one day period?

Ovulation: There are a number of ways to determine if a woman is ovulating. These can include urine ovulation predictor kits (measure LH in urine), serum progesterone levels in the luteal phase (after ovulation), an increase in body temperature after ovulation and others. A light one day period can be due to a large number of factors. A light period could be after ovulation or no ovluation.

It is possible: If you have periods it is possible (even required) to ovulate, the length of the period does not matter. I hope this helps.
