Not related: Flatulence odor has never been shown to be associated with the occurrence of stomach cancer. It is more likely that you need to evaluate what foods you are eating and change to a more healthy diet. This can include increased fiber and vegetables and less meat. Additionally, increase your water intake and regular exercise can all help with flatulence.
