What is a good allergy medicine for stuffy nose, what do you recommend?

A few tips: Moisture: use a humidifier, take a hot shower. Stay hydrated with oral fluids. Use a saline spray to loosen secretions. Drain your sinuses with a neti pot or similar from the pharmacy. Use a sarm compresses. Try otc decongestants – use spray no more than 3 days. Try otc antihistamines or allergy medicine. If no improvement, see your md for prescription drugs. You may need to see an allergist.

OTC antihistamines: Check with your doctor, but should benefit from otc meds like claritin, allegra, zytrec. New med nasacort (triamcinolone) might also work.
