What do you have?: Headaches due to allergy can be related to nasal congestion obstructing the sinuses or migraine headache that is triggered by allergies (not caused by them). If you have a head ache, you can take an OTC pain medication such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Without more information I can't be mmore specific and you should see your physician.

Find cause: Get tested for allergies. Try antihistamine and decongestant. Consider using steroid nasal spray.
