For acne: Topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerable for two weeks. If you're not clear by then, you'll do well to get with your physician. You'll probably be evaluated for hormonal problems with the combination you list, and perhaps be a candidate for one of the oral contraceptives. Despite so many people self-diagnosing celiac disease / gluten sensitivity today, this is unlikely to explain what you describe.
