The most common: Cause of pain in that location is a neuroma, but it's certainly not the only cause. The best advice i can give you is to see a podiatrist and find out for sure what's causing your pain. You need a diagnosis before you can get treated properly. Just trying to treat pain from an unknown cause is a waste of time and might even be dangerous. Hope this helps. Good luck!
