A member asked:

Could you tell me why my husband doesn't ejaculate all the time during sex?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Delayed ejaculation: It is normal, on occasion, for a man to not ejaculate during sex. However, if frequent, then it could be delayed ejaculation. Delayed ejaculation can be caused by performance anxiety, fear of pregnancy or intimacy, or anger. In addition, there can be medical reasons. A consultation with a urologist would be a start. Sex therapy is another consideration after ruling out any medical factors.
