Here are some ...: "Normally", epididymis is attached to posterior, slightly superior and medial aspect of testis, but few may be poorly attached as usual, but may rotate all together with testis to reverse their relative anatomical position. That is considered to be in their normal variation and better to leave that alone as long as nothing from that or there bothers you. Best wishes.
