Don't worry: If you are getting IV sedation for the removal or your wisdom teeth, be assured that the doctor in charge will make sure you don't wake up for the procedure. Even if you did, medication is often given so that you wouldn't even remember it. I can speak from personal experience and over 35 years in practice. Discuss all your concerns with the surgeon prior to the procedure.

Wisdom teeth: You will be closely monitored during your wisdom tooth extraction and you will be kept in a level of sedation where you will not feel anything. It is normal to worry before a procedure like this, but remember that your surgeon has been trained to do this. Ask all of your questions before the extraction. You will be fine.
