Yes and no: Not perfectly " normal" but not unusual. A fairly high percentage of people will have what is known as an symmetric trunk rotation which can be associated with an symmetric appearance to their trunk/ribs, it can sometimes be associated with scoliosis as well. Don't hesitate to mention to your primary care doctor next time you are seen.
