A member asked:

Any advice? i have never done cocaine and i never will. i'm just asking in general; doesn't it do permanent mind damage or something?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nice that you can: Predict the future for yourself. Most people really don't know what they will or won't do, particularly since we don't know what curves life will throw us. Cocaine can cause permanent damage, but that takes a lot of Cocaine over a long period of time. There is no evidence, for the vast majority, that occasional Cocaine use causes "mind" damage, but depression, paranoia and psychosis if high dose.
