The important thing: is that you believe the diagnosis and want to work on getting help. You can get help whether she believes it or not. BPD ranges from mild to more severe cases. Find a good therapist and learn how to strengthen your personality. That would entail starting by working on the parts of your behavior that U are aware of and want to change.

Invite your mom to: meet w/you and your mental health professional. Please get education/treatment for yourself as well. Peace and good health.

Different approach: One option would be to try taking a different approach and sharing your difficulties in terms of strengths and weaknesses. Some people have a hard time understanding/accepting diagnosis. For example, many people w/ BPD have difficulties w/ emotion regulation. Provide mom w/ some examples.
