Possibilities...: Coughing with exercise may be due to exercise-induced asthma. This can be diagnosed with pulmonary function testing with methacholine challenge, if needed. Treatment typically includes the use of an inhaler pre-exercise and post-exercise, if needed. See your doctor for both diagnosis and treatment so you can jog cough-free!

Test for asthma.: This could be indicative of "exercise-induced asthma", or "cold-induced asthma" if you're jogging in the cold. Asthma can present as a cough. This can be investigated and tested.

Exercise-induced: Coughing can be an atypical symptom of exercised-induced asthma. Recommend seeing your primary care doctor to see if bronchodilator use before exercise can prevent or reduce the severity of cough.
