Possibilities...: Coughing with exercise may be due to exercise-induced asthma. This can be diagnosed with pulmonary function testing with methacholine challenge, if needed. Test for asthma.: This could be indicative of "exercise-induced asthma", or "cold-induced asthma" if you're jogging in the cold. Asthma can present as a cough. This can be investigated and tested.
