Do not be concerned: Cracking joints is very common… maybe associated with some early changes in the cartilage. This but that does not mean that it is going to progress onto osteoarthritis. May also be related to things around the joints such as ligaments and tendons. Nothing really can be done. As long as it doesn't cause pain, it is not a problem.

Nothing: Cracking is normal and related to bursting of nitrogen bubbles. If there is no pain associated with the cracking, forget about it.
