? muscle strain: This kind of pain is usually due to pulled muscles, also known as muscle strain. You can try pain medications. If it persists even after 5-7 days and pain medications do not help, then you might need to see pcp. May need x-ray or other imaging for intractable pains to rule out bone and nerve issues.
