See doctor, not nl: You have a history of disc issues, rectal bleeding, taking aspirin, and hc. Aspirin can increase bleeding, and if you are experiencing gastritis, or possible ulcers, this has to be medically managed, or it will affect your ability to eat, and absorb nutrients from your food. So, the best advice is to see your doctor, and have this further evaluated, as kidneys and low back shouldn't hurt normally.
