Pinworms: You may have small worms, called pinworms that cause itchiness around anus. You may get medicine against pinworms in the pharmacy, it's otc and you just have to take it one time.

Pruritis Ani: Pruritus ani (also known as anusitis) is the irritation of the skin at the exit of the rectum, known as the anus, causing the desire to scratch. Keeping the area dry with good wiping after bm's is important. Steroid creams can help this condition. See a dr. If need be, best wishes.
