A couple of ideas.: 1. Try taking it with food. 2. Try taking it in a split dose. 3. Try taking it at bedtime (so that you will be asleep). 4. Try a course of probiotics. Discuss these thoughts with your doctor. 5. Take ginger until you are tolerating it better. Take care.

Take with food.: Take it with food. Take it for a few days before you give up. Meanwhile, make sure that you combine this with psychotherapy . You can do some relaxation therapy to overcome your anxiety. It will take at least 2-3 weeks for the medication to work.
