Diet not a factor: Diet is very important for other reasons. If you have a yeast problem perhaps you dr can work with you to determine why you have this. Treatment is usually easy. Often the easiest, most effective, is a single oral dose of fluconazole.

Low carb diet: Avoiding sugar and sticking to a low carb diet usually helps with vaginal candidiasis. Also inserting probiotics vaginally helps restablish healthy bacteria in the vagina that might have been killed off by antibiotics. I can discuss this with you in more detail in a consult.
