It varies: Every person and situation is a little different. Initially you will see a very dramatic and rapid drop in HCG levels, then there is a plateau effect and the dip slows down a bit. In average , by 4-6 weeks things should be back to normal. If you don't get a normal period within 6 weeks, follow up with your dr.
