Possibly: Yes, pregnancy after a tubal ligation is still possible. Due to you having had a tubal ligation there are other things to consider as well.While the chances of you having a pregnancy are low, if it did happen the chances of this being a tubal pregnancy(ectopic pregnancy) are higher than the average person.
