Constipation: If you have stool palpable on the right side of your abdomen, you are really plugged up all around your whole colon. That is very dangerous, as it is really tough to get things going when that bad. Would attempt a MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) clean out. Put a capful of MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) in everything you drink over the weekend until you poop clear liquid. Recommend daily MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) after that, and/or Linzess is a great drug!
