Not true: They can have children. Steps to take 1. What is the cause of panhypopituitarism? Is it genetic 2. Are there sperm in ejaculate (detected by semen analysis) 3. If few sperm are found consideration is given to freeze them 4. If no sperm then consideration for treatment with injectable medications to increase sperm production. 5. Sperm are used for ivf and icsi.
