What are common plant allergens?

Ragweed: Ragweed, mulberry, sage grasses are some of the more common plant allergens.

Pollens: Typically grass pollens such as bermuda grass pollen , rye grass pollen are common in my patients. Also i find tree pollens are another common trigger -- trees like cedar, ash, olive and elm. In the fall the typical plant allergens are weed pollens -- like russian thistle and ragweed.
