Variable: Everyone's course is different, and it's impossible to predict the evolution of this condition.

Nobody knows: No studies directly address speed of progression of untreated crps. But this much is clear- the speed of progression is highly variable among individuals and. The longer it remains undertreated or untreated the higher the risk to spread to other limbs and become even more difficult to treat over time. I highly recommend you get it looked at and appropriately treated by an expert. Otherwise, yuk.
