No antidote. Danger!: If you took Isotretinoin and you might be pregnant, you need to get with your personal physician and very likely have the pregnancy terminated. This is a very powerful medicine and if you took it illicitly, you made a terrible mistake. There's no magic antidote. If you took some illicitly and aren't pregnant, it's less of a problem. If it's prescribed, take it properly. Best wishes.
