M.D. visit: It is possible that this is a condition called cold urticaria. If an ice cube is placed in a plastic bag and then on the skin, by your physician, this may help determine whether the hives are induced by cold. I hope that this helps. Prmg pediatrics will review records at 858 259 9689.
