Not usually: However nasal congestion can trigger migraine (at least in my experience). It is unlikely that if one is allergic to a nut , one would react to the oil even though there are rare exceptions (sesame seed oil for example). I am not aware of anyone having allergic reaction to the leaves (other than poison oak).
