i have pain above my left knee when walking upstairs, when i squat down & then push-up. i've had pain for 3 weeks and it's not getting better or worst

PAIN IN KNEE: Depending on your age and your exam and x-ray it may be bursitis. See your doc and have it taken care of. Doesn't sound too serious.
