I had unprotected sex, and i made p24 test in 21 days it came 0.11 non reactive & again at 40 days it came 0.31 nonreactive(less than 1)is it reassured?

HIV testing: Hiv antibody testing is not accurate for three to six months. The p24 antigen test is a good but not great substitute. But, the standard of care in an acute and urgent setting is the HIV nucleic acid testing that is 100% accurate 21 days after exposure.
