how many people have experienced increased facial hair from plucking?

Dermatology 44 years experience
Nobody.: Plucking will not increase facial hair growth; that's a myth. It will increase the incidence of ingrown hairs, however. If your facial hair is increasing, it's usually from increases in hormone levels of one sort or another. A dermatologist will be able to tell you what is going on, and what to do about it.
