Ectopic: Ectopic can be suspected as early as 3-4 weeks but cannot (mostly) be confirmed until 6 weeks or more. If you are at risk for ectopic you do not use symptoms: pain is usually not there or not bad until significant bleeding has occurred. See a doctor knowledgeable in this if you feel you are at higher than normal risk.
