May be bloating : Often times, we have to look at the diet to see what might be causing bloating. If you drink sodas with carbonation, this can't be contributory. Also, if you have any form of food allergies, it can be from that, like with many wheat or gluten based carbs. Garbanzo beans can too, and salty foods like potato chips. Sometimes dairy, corn, soy can also cause this, because over 90% is gmo.

List your intake: You may be eating a combination of foods and/or drinks and other items that are bloating your belly. Make a list of all the items you ingest and see if there is a pattern. Make changes one at a time and see if your condition improves. Additionally, if you are not passing your bowels fully and regularly you may be constipated. Good luck!
