After a d ; C: I believe what you're asking is what can i expect after a d;c, which is a dilatation and curettage, done after a spontaneous miscarriage or abortion. You can expect to have an irregular cycle as your endometrial lining gets back to normal. This may take 1-3 months to regulate.
