Bleach inhalation: It is best to avoid excessive inhalation of toxic gases not only in pregnancy, but in general. It is doubtful that you harmed the baby, as your blood gas exchange at the level of the placenta is quite contained and protects the baby at all costs. Fetal hemoglobin has a very high affinity for the oxygen and hence the fetus is well protected. Great question.

Chlorine Conundrum: A short term exposure to chlorine fumes will not cause permanent injury to you or your unborn fetus. The most common irritation will be in the airways to include the nose and throat. Longer exposures can cause lung problems, difficulty breathing and cough. In severe exposures it can cause respiratory failure and death. Opening your windows and next time dilute the chlorine solution before use.

Should be fine: The placental barrier provides some good protection and 5 minutes of inhaling a strong bleach odor, once it goes through your lungs to start would not be that problematic to cause much concern. All should be fine, but be sure to aerate the house with proper ventilation next time. Best wishes.
