Cause?: Need to find out if you have a systemic or autoimmune disease causing the baldness. If the monthly fluticasone shots have not worked , there is no reason to continue on it due to the potential side effects. If there is an autoimmune cause, then the autoimmune process needs be controlled. Laser or ipl treatment may potentially be helpful but there is no magic bullet.
