When would i count (post) miscarriage from the day baby passed passed thru feb 28 or end of bleeding march 6th n can you count it as a period?

No: If you passed the pregnancy on 2/28 and your bleeding ended on 3/6, then it would typically take 10 days to 6 weeks to have another ovulation. The bleeding associated with the miscarriage would not be counted as a period. I'm sorry you had to go through that. I hope you're doing better.
