Units of measure: It is 148gm/l, which the same as 14.8% or 14.8gm/dl. It is a normal level.

Yes the lab scales v: Please see the reference range; it can be per dl(100ml) or per liter. It is a difference of one decimal point. Both of the values you have given are normal and identical but they are expressed as per 100ml or per liter.
