Has anyone here done uvulopalatopharyngoplasty ?

I have: During residency i performed the traditional uppp (one size fits all belief). Since I have graduated from residency, I have been performing "customized" modifications of the uppp in conjunction w/ "multi-level surgery." i believe the traditional uppp is not always appropriate for every patient and that sleep apnea surgery should be customized for each patient. What questions do you have?
