Pimple: You may want to use salicylic acid gel to dry it out. Neutrogena has a line call 24 hour acne clearing system or you can try acnefree system as well. If you need the pimple to go away incredibly fast, then a visit to a dermatologist to inject an anti-inflammatory would be my best advise.
