Can't: If you are 37 and want to conceive, time is of the essence. I would consider seeing a different doctor if you don't agree with the recommendation regarding a 'wait and see' approach. If you were 28, yes, wait and see. But at 37, i would say if you want to be pregnant, you need to be a little bit more aggressive. Without drugs, there's no 'natural' way to induce a period.
