Don't know: What "all" thyroid tests mean, but if they're normal, it's not the cause of your problem. Make sure your temperature is really and consistently abnormal before discussing it with your physician.

Hypothermia: Do you feel cold? Do you feel chilling when everyone else in the same room feels comfortable? If, yes; then you need further work up including CBC to rule out "anemia" as well as other disorders that could also cause "hypotension" ; "weight loss". But, if the answer is no; then it could be just a normal body temperature for you.
