Needs treatment: That's too a high a number of pvcs and can lead to a cardiomyopathy. You need to be screened for coronary disease with a stress test, if it hasn't already been done and you need an echo to look for structural heart disease. Then your pvcs should be suppressed or ablated. You are hopefully under the care of a cardiologist or electrophysiologist. This is more than "anxiety". Good luck.
