Maybe: I'm answering this 12 days after you asked it...If there were a significant liver injury, it would have become apparent by now (increasing pain, blood loss). Most liver injuries sustained from falls do not require any specific intervention other than pain control; it's important to look for other injuries. When in doubt, go to the emergency department for evaluation.
