I had a sperm test and it said no sperm i have been eating walnuts since then .any better advice to have healthy sperm counts by food.im 5.2 ft 87 kg?

Sperm: If you had your semen tested on an analysis of same, and there were no sperm, ..I am not sure if food is your problem. You should follow-up with the urologist or fertility specialist and discuss options for follow-up care. Best wishes.

Won't help: I hope you get your wish to be a father. Despite all the rubbish on the internet, food choices are almost never the key to health. Keep eating sensibly, but if you have no sperms, either something's preventing them from being made, or the tubes are blocked. Diet's not going to impact either one. I hope the truth helps.
