That's his business: I'm puzzled as to why junior, who according to you had bilateral orchiopexies, has been told he needs to take testosterone for the rest of his life? Does he need it or not? If his sexual function is normal without, it's time for him to get a second opinion as to whether he needs to take the stuff. He may already have done so, or if he functions normally without it, it's probably unnecessary.

Unfortunate: It's a shame that his testis surgery was performed so late ; was unsuccessful. Absent testosterone means that neither testicle survived surgery. He could replace testosterone with biweekly testosterone injections of depo-testosterone. Repercussions will be lack of energy ; strength, absent interest in sex as well as erectile dysfunction. Lack of beard growth, which may preferred.
