Pelvis: The pelvis bones and structures will slowly change while pregnant and then at 9 months with the delivery can accommodate the birthing process. Small changes take place and your hips and skeletal system will not dramatically enlarge. You may be noticing more "fat and muscle" around your thighs and hips as your pregnancy moves forward.
